We have survived the great cold! I am so happy we will be back up in the 70's and 80's this week. Time to get back to our normal routine. Part of that normal routine is for me to remind any of you that have not applied yet, that Homestead Exemptions can be filed in Woodbine from Jan 1 to April 1. This only applies to your primary residence.
Here is a link for more information: https://camdencountymaps.com/exemptions/homestead-exemptions/
Work is picking up again as we head toward spring and Easter. If you are thinking of listing your home, please give me a call (717-801-5900). I would be happy to sit with you and provide you current market information on your property. The buyers are out looking. If you are in a rental and thinking about buying, I would be happy to sit and run numbers with you to see how this would work for you.
I would like to report we are working on some great project, but yard work is on the menu for the near future. We have done some significant trimming both at our home and at Mom's on older bushes. Some trees needed thinning out so they have room to grow. It's great to be back outside. Time to start thinking about prepping the beds for spring. Mulch is on my mind. I have had red mulch for the past few years, but am thinking about changing to black. I have been seeing a fair number of homes using it and it has a nice look. What are your thoughts on mulch - or do you prefer pine straw?

Get Away and Draw Near
If you haven't been on an overnight bike trip yet, you really don't know what you're missing. On our overnight bike campouts you'll get a little over 50 miles of fellowship and prayer, a breathtaking river view sunset, Holy Communion out in God's creation, and time together in God's Word.
Our trip begins from St. Marys Methodist Church in Downtown St. Marys and takes the safest most bike friendly route possible to Ceylon Wildlife Management Area Blackpoint off Harriet's Bluff 30 miles north. The campground is as primitive as it gets. We don't want to bait and switch you there. The beauty of it however, is well worth the roughing it.
Cost of food is shared and menu selection chosen by those participating. For questions and more info message us anytime. Sign sign up with the link here:
