Fun Things Going On - Spring?

So, I was looking at my grubby windows this weekend and thinking it was time to do a good cleaning - and then I noticed it - the yellow film.  The pine trees have started throwing pollen.  Everything is covered in yellow.  One one hand, I am not going to bother washing my windows for a couple of weeks.  It would be a total waste of time.  On the other hand, everything is covered in sticky yellow pollen.  Seems a bit early this year.

I hope you had a chance to go do some of the fun things on the list from last week.  I worked all weekend, but am hoping to get out this weekend.

Here is what is going on around town:

Building stage for Evening with the Stars. It’s going to be dazzling. Opens March 3. Get tickets at www.stmaryslittletheatre.com. Thank you Skip Harris.

Has a new year got you thinking it's time for a change?
Header2
So much has changed over the past couple years, and "the new normal" has renters as well as homeowners reconsidering their relationship with where they live. If any of the scenarios below sound familiar to you, it could be time to make a move:

1. Everyone could use some space.
Whether it's because the kids are out of school, or you and your roommates are spending every waking moment at home, there comes a time when there's no substitute for additional square feet.

2. A home office has become a 'must'.
Have you found yourself (and maybe your significant other) working from home long-term? Setting up and breaking down your ironing-board standing desk every day isn't going to cut it forever.

3. It's time to get busy living.
Maybe city life has you burned out, or you're suddenly untethered from your office and you've always dreamed of a peaceful mountain cabin. If world events have you reconsidering what's important, it could be time to go for it.

4. You're prepared.
Even if you've been saving for years, done your research and your income is secure, it still might feel like the world wants you to hit 'pause' on making a move. But if you are ready, you can lock in a rock-bottom interest rate in a market where the future is uncertain.
Whether it’s buying for the first time, moving up, or moving on - if you’re looking for a new way home, I can help.
