Did you know that today is National Margarita Day! I ran across this by happenstance and had to share. I like frozen with no salt. How do you like your margarita's? We are back from our big Valentine's Day trip to Universal. The Mandarin Spa was delightful as always. The dinner and parade was interesting. We had dinner at Lombardi's which turned out to be way better than expected. We plan to try it again next trip. Absolutely recommend the riding on the floats to throw beads. It was festive and fun and we met a lot of great people. The parade ended up being cancelled just as it was starting as the second float took the turn took tight and crashed into a piling, damaging the float. John and I were on the Gator float (last in line). I think we had more fun with our non-parade than if it had gone off without a hitch. Still, we may have to try again next year to finish up. It's good to try new things. The end of the story is head colds all around with chicken soup, tea and kleenex. Totally worth it.
