Fun Things Going on - Fall Festival

Big news, Mom is scheduled for her knee replacement in mid October.  She has been waiting so long and has gotten very frustrated with the mobility restrictions.  She has needed to have this done for a number of years, but with Dad so ill and then passing away, she could not be incapacitated.  Now I am hoping and praying that after she is all healed (both knees) I can get her on a cruise or vacation.  She needs very much to get out of town and see new shores.  (don't we all)

Otherwise, James made an excellent old fashioned beef stew last night.  He is getting to be quite the cook.  I graduated therapy for my torn ligament - have the Tshirt to prove it:)

John is starting up therapy again for his balance:(  Necessary.  I bought my first pumpkin to start off the Halloween season.  Yes, it is a bit too early, but it had such a great stem I couldn't resist.  Happy Haunting!

Here are some fun things going on around town:

Moonlight Lounge Limited - Murder Mystery Train Ride

Sat Sep 24th

Five years after the death of his wife and the lounge's biggest attraction, Goldie Starr, Lucius "Biggs" Starr decides it's time for some fresh, young faces in the lounge. Things are looking up, he has a new love interest, and he has reconciled much of the turmoil from the past. Biggs is looking for a new Starlet for his club.

On the day of the casting call things go very wrong. It seems there may be a murderer on the loose. It's up to you to help stop the killer before it's too late. Put on your best flapper dress or pinstripe suit as we roll down the line of love, drama, laughs, and oh yes- MURDER.

Rated PG-13, Parental Discretion is Advised! This excursion takes place in the climate controlled Ohio State University Passenger Coach that seats 56 people. Restrooms are available on the adjacent Golden Sand Passenger Coach. Snacks and libations are available at Kingsland Station prior to boarding or you may purchase them on the train. Due to the historic nature of this passenger coach there is no ADA Accessibility.

The importance of your credit report

When you apply for a loan, your lender will look at several details of your personal finances, including your credit report. The better your credit, the better the lending terms you'll be offered.

Credit scores range from 200 to above 850. Scores below 620 are considered risky; 720 and over are excellent.

You should be aware of what information is on your credit report by obtaining and reviewing copies of your credit report from the three main credit report agencies.

"...there are several factors that affect your credit report..."

Remember that there are several factors that affect your credit report including your payment history, your current ratio of debt to income and signs of responsibility and stability. And since not all creditors report to all three agencies, it's best to order a report from all three institutions. Your goal in ordering all three credit reports is to make sure that all of the information stated on each report is accurate and correct.

Please feel free to call or email me if you have any questions or would like additional information on how to speak with lenders about your credit report.
