My this week flew by. The mulching is finished. I would like to take credit, but that was totally James' doing. The beds look fabulous. John has been busily spraying for bugs and weeds. Always important to stay ahead of both of those. I found a new tip on line about putting pinesole around plants as an animal repellant. I may give it a try. My vegetable plants are growing nicely and haven't yet been raided by deer, geese or rabbits. The tomato plants are ready to transplant. I'm watching Vacuuna Farms website for Blueberry picking to start. I always pick a LOT of blueberries and freeze what we don't eat right away. They keep great. I love working out in the yard when I get the chance.
